VHC will develop our client’s organizational communication.  Our team will advise on contemporary theories of oanizational communication, communication between  internal and external stakeholders, leader and follower behavior, management vs. leadership and teams within the         workplace.

                     

Contemporary Theories:  We will assist with postpositive approach,  interpretive approach, critical approach and postmodern approach.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Internal and External Stakeholders:  We will assist with downward and upward communication.                                                                                      

 

Leader and Follower Behavior:  We will assist with developing different approaches of leadership.  Combined with leadership, we will assist with the differences of managment vs. leadership.
